Prerequisite -
1 Employee (SSN - 000115000) is created
2 created employee falls under 2 classes (1st 5 months in 1 class and next months in other class)
Steps
Log in to workterra (Stage)
Select "City of Irvine For HSPL" company
Go to BenAdmin -> ACA -> ACA Customization -> ACA 1095C Corrections
Edit employee - (SSN - 000115000) to correct
Observe the Line 15, refer image 
Actual result - It shows cost for all 12 months even if employee has 1H and 2A codes
Expected Result - It should show blank for Jan - May blank on line 15

Concern: ACA - 1095C correction page shows cost for the months having 1H and 2A
Cause: This issue occurs only in the case of EIN change employees because we identify the months for which employee is not present in the given EIN and explicitly update the codes of those Employee's to 1H and 2A. Cost is not updated in this case.
Correction: We have changed the to code update the cost for such employees.

We have verified this issue on LB and observed that issue does not exist.Hence marking ready for Stage.
Verified on stage, working fine.
Cost is not shown for the months showing 1H codes on Line 14. Putting on hold as this jira will move to production with WT-2295.

Line 15 does not show costs when Line 14 is 1H and Line 16 is 2A.
