The ACA forms do not seem to be pulling the correct codes on the forms. A few examples below;
Abdul Jamil Khan - His hire date in the system on for his benefits is 5/4/2015. On the 1095-C form he is currently pulling data for Jan-April and he should only have codes as of May. They also say that the line 16 should be 2H but I am not sure how we can confirm this?
Adam Voiland - Line 14 should have a code of 1E and line 16 should have a code of 2C. Also spouse should show from Jan-Dec. and Feb.-Dec should show the child covered.
Adam Tann - This was a temp employee and should have never gotten a form because he was not eligible for benefits.
The group also asked the following questions;
1. If they change their Safe Harbor from W-2 to Rate of Pay, what kind of fall outs might that cause on their forms?
2. What does the "VOID" mean on the forms?
