Step:-
1.Login to application
2.Add EE with class = BSG A,BSG D
3.Raise QE - Admin change - 01/01/2016 - Event date and Plan effective should be same
4.Enrolled into BSG plan one
5.Now change classes - BSG B,BSG E - class change date - 03/01/2016
6.Now export Jan 16 full file (from Date 01/01/2016 To Date 01/31/2016)
Actual - EE and ER cost display zero in file
Expected - It should take EE and ER cost from "BSG plan one" medical plan

Hi,
Concern : Cost are not displaying.
Cause : Rate effective date considered as current system date time while exporting.
Correction : Rate effective date considered exporting file from date.
