When employee changes the tier of enrollment in that case continuous offer is not displaying in same plan. [decrease in tier]

      Description

      Please refer employee with SSN '100000002'.
      Scenario carried out as decreased tier from EE+Family to EE in same plan with retro date and exported file by deleting Run Maintenance for 05/01/2016 to 05/31/2016

      Env: LB
      Company: ACA Automation
      SSN:100000002
      ElEM: Offer

      Step:-
      1.Login to application
      2.Navigate to Import Export > Manual Import Export >Select Export radio button>BSG-S
      3.From date -05/01/2016-05/31/2016
      4.Click on Export button
      5.Download file

      Here we have decreased the tier from EE+SP+CH to EE.

      Qualifying event:01/01/2016 to enroll EE+SP+CH
      Qualifying event:03/01/2016 to enroll EE

      Actual:-Continuous offer should display for employee
      Expected:-Currently it is not displaying on file.

      Note: Please delete run-rate maintenance as its a full file. Let us know if you need any additional information.
