1] Login to the application on Stage environment .
2] Search a Company.
3] Navigate to Customizer>Rates.
4] Click on "Import" button the "Rate Import" window gets display.
5] Click on “Add New Rate” tab.
6] Select “Life” as a benefit template type.
7] Click on “Download File” button, entered the field details in exported file.
8] Browse and Upload the file, click on "Import Rate" button.

Actual Result:
For below fields values are not getting imported though it is mentioned in the excel sheet while importing. Either 0 or default value is displaying for these fields.:
1] Coverage Divisor
2] Coverage Divisor Basis
3] % Of Employer Pre Tax Cost
4] % Of Employer Post Tax Cost
5] Maximum Covered Salary

Expected Result:
All the fields should be get imported properly.
