2.Template created
3. Add Credit pool and Select Same Rule which will used in Enrolled plan
3.QE - In Jan 16 -Event date and (Effective Date Rule - Event Date) are same. Enrolled into BSG Plan Five
4.Export File for Month Jan 16 - from date 01/01/2016 to date 01/31/2016 and click on Export
5.Download file

Actual - Credit pool value did not apply on EE , ER cost in ELIG , COVG

Expected - It should reduce the credit pool values and display in BSg file
