We have check this issue on azure and local(ui refresh). we are not able to reproduce this issue.

I have tried to reproduce mentioned scenario on Stage and Production environment with "Lily for HSPL" company.
For both environments i followed same steps.
1. Set Class wise OE
2. Login with employee who is eligible for class wise OE
3. Traverse the entire SSM with that employee.
4. Complete the OE and land on Employee Dashboard.
5. Verify the OE mode

As observed, OE mode is getting displayed with OE and remaining days. "Make Changes".

Currently , I am getting same issue on Stage - Barrow For HSPL.

Issue : Class wise OE is ON, still displayed Make changes on employee dashboard.

Please find below 3C's:

Concern: Generic Eligibility Component for Class wise open Enrollment - Eligible mode is not displayed on employee dashboard.

Cause: Old table are used to check Employee Eligibility for class wise OE.

Correction: code fix is done.

The issue of OE icon not appearing for class wise OE is resolved and verified on LB.
Now, the icon is appearing as as expected.

The issue is verified for CA login only. Now the icon is displayed as expected. Keeping this jira on Hold till parent jira is ready for Production.

As generic Eligibility is not deployed on Production. We are keeping this on Hold.
