1.Login to LB.
2.Edit company say 'ACA Automation'.
3.Navigate to Home>>Company Home>>BenAdmin Home>>
BenAdmin Company Home>>ACA>>Template Management.
4.Edit "Sachin BSG including waive template".
5.Click on 'Field Mapping' tab
Please refer attached screen shot.
Actual: Here mapping fields names are different than which are provided as specifications.
Expected:Mapping field Names should be as per specifications provided.

Its working fine.

We have regressed this issue on Production and observed that issue does not exist. Hence closing the same.
This issue has been fixed now.
