ACA_Unable to add data transformation field for waiver subtemplate

      Description

      1.Login to LB.
      2.Edit company say 'ACA Automation'.
      3.Navigate to Home>>Company Home>>BenAdmin Home>>
      BenAdmin Company Home>>ACA>>Template Management.
      4.Edit "Sachin BSG including waive template".
      5.Navigate to Data Transformation tab.
      6.Select sub template.
      7.Select Data Transformation Fields.
      8.Click on Add.

      Actual: System is giving message as 'Data Transformed successfully' but nothing is happening.
      Expected: Data should get data transformed.

            This issue was due to wrong customization in field mapping.

            We have verified above mentioned customization on LB [ACA Automation].
            Once we added waiver reasons in the system, we are able to map data transformation fields
