ACA - File name for Health EFx shows YYYYMMDD format instead of YYYYMM as 'YYYYMM' option is not available

      Description

      Prerequisite -
      Template for Health Efx is created

      steps
      1] Log in to LB
      2] Select company ACA Automation
      3] go to Import/ Export -> Manual Import/Export
      4] Edit template "WackerNeuson Benefits"
      5] Go to Template Delivery tab
      6] Observe values from 'Available Values' list

      actual result - Does not have option for date YYYYMM
      expected result - should have YYYYMM date format

            LB - ACA AUtomation and Windstream

            We have regressed this issue on LB at company level and observed that it's working as expected.Need to test for Global level.

            Verified on stage, working fine.
            The date formats (YYMM, YYMMDD, YYYYMM) are added and also working fine.
