On 8/1/2016, salaries are updated through import. This salary change routine get failed for this import. Generally, I receive email on any routine failure, but this time I did not receive email. The terminate LTD and STD should have new elections with new coverage from 5/1, but because of failure, new enrollment allocation not happen. We have to correct the data.

Correcting these enrollments is a huge tasks. We will be needing audit of enrollments of all salary based plans and have to correct them. Offshore team is working on this and they had a holiday on Monday. I guess tomorrow again they will work on it.

I have spot checked a few records and found the enrollments were corrected using a 05/01 re-enrollment date, date new coverage goes into effect based on salary changes. Please proceed with making the changes.

Hello All,

Lisa brought to our attention that there are a large number of employees being reported as not appearing on the file. I see the record count dropped significantly after 8/8. In reviewing this, i cannot explain why records are dropping from the file.

Company level template affected: Blue Coat_The Hartford_Eligibility

8/8 - 1,110 records
8/15 - 608 records
8/22 - 667 records

Nothing has changed on the export template, so please advise and correct ASAP.

Example of some employees with LTD and/or STD coverage, but not appearing on the latest file:

ABALOS, EDWARD
ALLEN, PAMELA
CHAGANTI, KRISHNA
GEORGE, JUDE
JACKSON, TELAH

Below are details :

Concern : Records are not exporting on file.

Cause : For mentioned employees elections are termed due to import salary change problem on 08/08/2016. And import team corrected data on 08/17/2016. But on 08/08/2016 terms are reported on file and once term reported on file we not send again on file even after data correction from import team.

Correction : We have unblock those records along with that we found other employees also having same issue. We unblock them also. Please find attached excel for list of employees. Blue Coat Data Correction.xlsx

Can you confirm if we sent the changes over on the payroll file? Per the client after 08/01, employee has missing deductions for the LTD/STD elections.

We have checked for the template Blue Coat_The Hartford_Eligibility Exported on 08/29 and verified some random employees and We found all records were exported properly.

Please let us know you required more details.
