User Specific Rights is working correctly. We are sharing details for Marquette issue.

Concern:
Admin access rights for Current Rate, Gross Annual Salary and Benefit Salary field have been Reset to ‘Editable’

Cause:
History of User Specific Rights table shows that Editable Rights for MemberUsers have been Reset by ‘Arlette Johnson’. Please find attached list from Present as well as History table.

Customization:
Field rights for these fields have been Reset to ‘No Rights’ Jennifer Leugers now, so admin will not be able to see these fields on Payroll Page.

For Payroll page, as of now the fields - Current Rate and Gross Annual Salary are having 'No Rights',so these
fields are not accessible to the Company Admin.

While adding new admin following fields get editable right by default.
1)Social Security No. (Demographics Page)
2)Payroll File No. (Payroll Page)
3)Current Rate. (Payroll Page)
4)Gross Annual Salary.(Payroll Page)
5)Disabled Child .(Child page)
6)Spouse Disabled. (Spouse Page)
7)Language Indicator .(Spouse Page)
8)Benefit Salary. (Payroll Page)
9)Receive Email (Add Employee Page).
To restrict the access rights for the admin we have to give these field 'No Rights' as default instead of editable.
After this when we are adding a new admin, the above fields will get 'No Rights' as default.
Should we make this change.Please confirm.

These are the 9 fields got added in member specific user rights on creating new admin.

Concern: Admins got access rights to rate and gross salary field though they are not supposed to have.

Cause: When I see from back end, almost all Marquette admins have editable rights from day one. This is because, when you add a new admin, user rights table got entry for some fields (including pay rate and gross annual salary), for each user, with editable rights. When you mark any of these field mark with user specific and select any user and restricts his/her access, it get applied to that person only rest of them are still having editable access.

Correction: We need a code change here, we have to either stop adding records for user specific fields or for defaults we can use No Rights instead on editable.
