Export Rate->"File Not Found" pop up is displaying while trying to export same rate template second time.

      Description

      1] Login to the application on Stage environment .
      2] Search a Company.
      3] Navigate to Customizer>Rates.
      4] Click on "Import" button the "Rate Import" window gets display.
      5] Click on “Add New Rate” tab.
      6] Select "Health or Health_SelfInsured or Life” as a benefit template type.
      7] Click on “Download File” button.
      8] Template gets exported.
      9] Again click on download button.

      Actual Result:
      "File not found" pop up is displaying.
      Expected Result:
      File should be get exported for second time as well.

            This is not an issue as This is existing functionality of our system for security purpose.
            We delete the template file once it is get downloaded. If you need more information regarding this please revert back.
