"We have another reported UVU issue. This is the one I mentioned on the call yesterday that has been confirmed as an issue. Beginning since May 2016, the Billing Summary report is understating both the volume and premiums by around half of what should be reported.
This issue was reported to us by the Client as they were attempting their monthly true up with MN Life. Please let us know ASAP what is causing this issue and when it is resolved."
