Known issue:

1) Save button on eligibility rule :
does not get display Save label.
2) Summary Pop up is alwways showing while saving the rule irrespective of rule is in use or not.

We Add two button Edit Rule and View Summary for every Module like PlanDesign,Rate,and so on.

1.Edit Rule:
To Edit Existing GenericEligiblityRule.
save button is clicked on Edit Form and if Rule is in used then it will display another popup which include module which are mapped to that rule .This page is contains 3 button
a. ReflectToAll : which save a rule
b.Create : create new rule
c.Cancel

2.View Summary: it will Display GenericEligibility Summary

Navigation : first go to any module which has GenericEligibility Dorpdown box .

Tested this on LB on ASML Comp company.
