      Description

      Verify the save button when clicked on the edit rule pop up box with making some changes for a rule which is not mapped to any module

      Actual Result:-
      Save button when clicked on the edit rule pop up box with making some changes for a rule which is not mapped to any module displaying View Dependency Pop Up box.

      Expected Result:-
      The save button when clicked after some changes on the rule should directly save the rule with those changes without displaying the view dependency pop up box as there is no dependency on that rule for any module.

            This Bug related checkin is done using WT-4269 Reopen in Local Reopen in Local Reopen in Local and deployed on LB.

            please refer following 3C's:

            Concern: WT:- Eligibility Rule--> Edit Rule -->save button when clicked on the edit rule pop up box with making some changes for a rule which is not mapped to any module displaying View Dependency Pop Up box

            Cause : Controller is transfer to View Dependency Page irrespective of whether Rule is in used or not.

            Correction : for this issue code fix is done. condition is handled properly.

            Changes have been done as per requirement.
