Issue Importance:Must Have
1.Login to LB.
2.Edit company say 'ACA Automation'
3.Add employee with continuous enrollment in ACA plan.
4.Create rates for 3 months only.
5. Recalculate rates with SA utility.
6.Export the files for rate changes date.
Actual: Those changes of Rates are not reflecting on the file.
Expected: Changes should reflect on the with respective dates

Plan used: BSG Continuous enrollment.
Created Rates from a. 01/01/2016-03/31/2016 b. 04/01/2016-06/30/2016 c.07/01/2016 - continuous
Exported full files for 01/01/2016- 01/31/2016 & 04/01/2016 - 04/31/2016 & 07/01/2016 - 07/31/2016

Fix is working fine and ready for production. We will move this fix to production with Production build. Hence marking this ticket status as 'Production deployment on Hold'

We have regressed this issue on Production and observed that issue does not exist. Hence closing the same.
