In case of continuous enrollment, if rates are changing those are not reflecting on the file

      Description

      1.Login to LB.
      2.Edit company say 'ACA Automation'
      3.Add employee with continuous enrollment in ACA plan.
      4.Create rates for 3 months only.
      5. Recalculate rates with SA utility.
      6.Export the files for rate changes date.

      Actual: Those changes of Rates are not reflecting on the file.
      Expected: Changes should reflect on the with respective dates
