      Step:-
      1.Add EE+CH with below details
      Class 1 – BSG C
      Class 2 – BSG F
      Employee EIN = 222222222
      2.Template created
      3.QE - In Jan 16 -Event date and (Effective Date Rule - Event Date) are same. Enrolled into BSG plan Three Plus
      4.Terminate child enrollment in March
      5.Export file for March 16 and download

      Expected - Child information should display on screen with termination date

      Actual - DEPI tag missing in change file
