      Description

      Below are the details from Email with subject line : "ACA reporting files for Wheaton"

      Attached is the new file specification for the Wheaton ACA files. I have confirmed that we are only building the “Demographic File (DEM)” page 6 and the “Dependent File (DEP) page 12. Can you please provide the number of hours it will take to complete and an approximate completion date.

            Following is the Requirement understanding from our side. we will analyze how to implement this and let you know.

            If Employee is Enrolled in PPO plan and "UDF 2017 Medical Subsidy" then Employee will get Cost as per table.

            UDF 2017 Medical Subsidy ACA Min value PPO
            25% 94.25
            50% 62.83
            75% 31.42
            100% 0

            All other employees will get minimum EE cost as per the salary band in the table.

            [~chimane@ebsbenefits.com] is requesting if the files can be ready before March 30. If not, then it is okay, but if there's any way that the files can be ready before then, it would please the client. Please let us know by Monday, 3/13/2017, if that would be possible and provide the new proposed date of when the files may be available.

            Also, can you please reopen this ticket for tracking purposes? I'm not able to reopen it. Thank you.

            Hi Van Nguyen,

            We will try to deliver these files ASAP but we are not in position to commit any date before 30 March because currently we have very limited bandwidth available for ACA and also we are executing ACA e-submissions.

            Definitely, we will try to deliver these file ASAP.
