      Description

      Step:-
      1.Login to application using partner credential
      2.Generate 1095 C - ACA having month wise employee
      (Jan - 0 , Feb - 5 , Mar-Dec- 5)
      3.Add 1094 C - A for 1095 C - ACA (Jan - 0 , Feb - 5 , Mar-Dec- 5)
      4.Add Ineligible employee count for Jan - 10 and save
      5.Re run the 1094 C - A

      Actual- Ineligible employee count did not display for Jan month

      Expected - It should display Ineligible employee for Jan Month in 1094 C
