      Description

      1.Login to Stage.
      2.Edit company say "ACA Automation".
      3.Add Employee.
      4.Enroll employee in medical plan with effective date as 01/01/2016.
      5.Initiate a qualifying event on 04/01/2016 to add spouse.
      6.Enroll spouse in same medical plan with same qualifying event on 04/01/2016.
      7.Navigate to Home >> Company Home >> Manual Import/Export
      8.Export the template ''Health Efx"

      Note: Delete Run Rate maintenance for template and export full file for the month of January.

      Actual: EE and ER cost for the month of January is displayed as 0.0
      same scenario when we there is decrease in tire.

      Expected: Correct cost should display for the month of January.

      Please refer to test employee having SSN 300000004 for additional details
