• make an additional eligibility rule - put additional eligibility criteria on the additional fields like check box - list box added in a form say demographics
• map this rule to a field say check box (demographics) from page field configurations
• go on eligibility summary tab and search for this rule
  Shows wrong summary - also shows additional fields where this rule has not been mapped with some wired data
