      Description

      Menu>> communication>> Email message format, on updating E-mail Message format, error 'E-mail message format update fail' is displayed. But, the changes are saved. This is observed on below screens :
      1. W-4 form change Notification
      2. WORKTERRA - Tour Completion Notification
      3. Additional form change notification
