JE Dunn - Password Reset Issue

      Description

      Concern: Disabled employees are not able to use the Forgot Password process.

      Expected Result: Forgot Password should have brought them to their security questions and allowed them to reset.

      Steps Taken: Instead, they are given questions that they did not ever answer. Trying the second time gave the questions correctly, but did not send an email as promised. After manually switching her to ENABLED from DISABLED, the process worked.

            UPDATE: I'm also having the same issue with Katie Cronin at Marquette in Stage environment. The questions posed to her are not questions she ever chose.

            Hi Deborah Mascot,

            We have verified mentioned issue.We observed that it is showing proper security questions as set by employee.
            If you switch from disabled to enabled that functionality is working fine.

            But in case of enabled to disabled,we are displaying message that mail is send but currently system is not sending mail to that employee.
            We will implement this.Email is sent to employee whose is disabled and whose security questions are answered properly then only mail will be send to employee to reset the password.
