Concern: Disabled employees are not able to use the Forgot Password process.
Expected Result: Forgot Password should have brought them to their security questions and allowed them to reset.
Steps Taken: Instead, they are given questions that they did not ever answer. Trying the second time gave the questions correctly, but did not send an email as promised. After manually switching her to ENABLED from DISABLED, the process worked.
