WT -> Payroll Form -> Can not save salary without reloading the page

      Description

      City of Denton for HSPL

      • added an employee
      • logged in with partner and went on the employee's payroll page
      • initiated a QE
      • tried changing the gross annual salary - save
      • salary got saved and user remained on the same page - expected
      • again I tried chanting he salary and clicked on save - system is not saving the updated salary. In order to save this - I needed to reload the page again
