Prerequisite -
1] 1095C report is created using partner login
2] 1095C created in prerequisite has run available and its finalized
Steps
1] Log in using company admin role to LB
2] Go to ACA -> IRS -> Reporting
3] Edit 1095C report created in prerequisite
4] Run 1095C report, let it complete creating the run
5] Click on Show Runs
6] Select checkbox and click on finalized
7] Log out Company admin
8] Log in as partner
9] select company and go to 1095C report
10] Click on Show Runs button
actual result - 2 runs are finalized
expected result - It should not allow CA role to finalize run if partner has already finalized the run
NOTE -
1] To avoid this please show all runs to CA role, but give view only rights to CA role for the runs created by partner login
2] This issue is for all IRS reports (1095/1094 B and C)
