      Description

      when we run service Case 28 for 'Terminate Election On Plan End Date' it showing Service failed message.

      But impact on company after run the service is working fine.

            Concern:
            Showing service failed message Terminate Election On Plan End Date'

            Cause:
            Even though the service gets executed correctly, in the code it returned 0(False) value. This showed failed
            message

            Correction: Code change has been done to return 1(True) value when the service gets executed successfully
