Please correct on the back-end while they research the issue for HSA and for Med FSA:

For HSA or Med FSA plan, please make sure these employees have the following for a per paycheck amount: (the actual fix is requested in WT-4355 and WT-4732. But while that is being researched please fix these EES.
HSA: Jameson Werner needs 45.00 per pay check
HSA: Justin Volker needs $25.00 per pay check
HSA: Daniel Steddum $100 per pay check
Medical Flexible spending: Lorrinda Gray-Davis $18.75 per pay check
Medical Flexible spending: Tyler Sublett 6.67 per pay check
Medical Flexible spending: Luz Troncoso needs $12.50 per pay check
