Log in to LB using Compay Admin role
Select company ACAAutomation
go to ACA -> IRS Report -> Edit 1095C Report (1095C All Employee, Make sure partner has finalized the run)
Click on Show Runs
now open developer tool and select pick element option from dev tool
click on disabled check box and enable it and un-check
select already enabled check box and click on finalize button
re-visit the finalization pop up
actual result - It shows 2 runs finalized
suggestion - need to handle it as CA can finalize two runs
