1.Login to LB.
2.Edit company say 'ACA Automation'
3.Start open enrollment of the company.
4.Enroll New Hire employee in ACA plan with open enrollment effective date.
Actual: Instead of Open Enrollment mode offer date on file, its displaying New hire mode
Expected:It should not display Open enrollment effective date and offer.

By discussing with Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar, There is no impact on ACA reporting files of such event & this type of scenario is very rare so we are not considering in development for that I am back to assigning to you.
