When Cobra User is logged into system, it should show cobra plans in self serve mode which are displayed on Enroll Now Screen. But Cobra plans are not showing for Cobra user in Self Serve mode.

Steps.

1. Logged in as Admin
2. Select Cobra Employee
3. Click on Enroll Now link.
4. Showing Cobra plans for that user.
5. Now logged in as Cobra user
6. In Self Serve mode, Cobra plans are not showing means there was no Enroll Now page

Note: I have observed this on my local machine. I was not able to verify this on stage and production because I couldn't able to start Cobra mode for Cobra Users.
