Issue: apostrophe in first or last name and included as part of the login credentials whether it be User ID or Password.

It appears the User ID works as expected and ignores the symbol and picks up the next character – however, the Password isn’t working. We have tried both with and without the special character and the system isn’t registering and allowing us access to the site. We even tried using the next character in the Password field ignoring the symbol with the same failed result.

We need this resolved ASAP and advise on how to instruct our Clients.
