Payroll fields are not exposed on 'View Paycheck' as of now. However this can be achieved through additional line items on paycheck import.

I have checked attached PDF given by client.
There is no facility to upload/Display PDF for paycheck in system.
We can add all fields through UI and then Import file.
In attched Paycheck Doc I mention how to add paycheck line item value through UI
and the value which we added through UI it will show us when we create Import template for paycheck.
also i have attached dummy file format for import file.

Note:we can not do any type of calculation it will show only imported data on UI through file if client need calculation (total) then need development for it.

Monika Demla have you tested the import yet. Just looking for a test load with dummy data. Pick any employee to load with. once the load is confirmed as successful then we can attempt to load in one batch of paycheck. We will work on collecting the last batch of paycheck information from the last run payroll from the client.

I have checked paycheck import Template on Long company.

have checked attached file data which is not same as Paycheck import template field
We need to change paycheck field as per the given file on format paycheck page on UI refer below screen shots.

Then mapped this field though import as per sequence given in file..

While checking this i have found one issue On Field mapping screen getting server error i have already created jira WT-4334.
Once this issue is fixed i will verified paycheck import with given file.

Import is getting failed because of customization issue of Line item value in Format Paycheck screen , Ideally every Line item value should be unique for Value 1, Value 2, Value 3 and Value 4. means Value 1 must be different then other values and same for Value 2 , Value 3 and Value 4.

Values are wrongly mapped to line items NonExempt Serv On Call Flat Rt and NonExempt OT Unalloc NonUnionso
so it is throwing server error on click of view button.
Also noticed, some for rate or amount columns are having invalid data.Please re-verify the data.

Please share format paycheck line item grid format.That will be helpful to them to map line items accordingly.

Server error was getting because the value which are added on Format paycheck UI is wrong.
I Have created new format paycheck on LONG Building Technologies For HSPL copy also update Paycheck import template as per the system customization.

Refer attached sample CSV file to Import for Paycheck information.

Check imported data on view paycheck page On employee level.

And let me know it is Ok. So, I will do same correction on Main Long Company.

Descripancy_Excel_New.xls please refer attached sheet for example of two employee for that we are facing problem to load values. In attached sheet The Line item name which are red highlighted are given in File which you provided us.
and On other Tab line item which are Provided by Workterra.

In that you can see the red highlighted line items are not in our list. So, we are confused against which line items we passed Red highlighted values.

also there is 2 Jira ticket Related to this issue both are in development
WT-6986 , WT-6985

As per your Comment on import_Descripancy_Excel i have crated Line item list as per Given client excel-sheet in that we fount almost 500 Different name for PayCodeDescription, Benefit Description, Employer Benefit Description, Tax Deduction refer attached sheet Long_imp.xls

We are started working on this on Long Production Company it More 50% work is Completed But Because of huge line item list we need time.
we will complete this on tomorrow.

Yes have all the codes from 'LONG_imp.xls'
This is of high priority.
Please complete have all codes/descriptions, all Employee data from paycheck sample +*loaded and have ready in Workterrra Production by +*1/5AM CA time 8AM.

All the data has been provided and Ticket opened in Sept 2016.

We had LONG client call and cannot delay anymore.

I have created one Demo sample employee for you on Production Refer SSN:XXX657001.
As per you know there are 500 Different fields name found in client file.
So, it is difficult to load all employee we need to Discussed this in call today's at 8PM.

Checked the attachment these are 4 Description fields (for Paycode, benefit, employer benefit and tax deduction) and within each values.

1. Paycode description has 188 values.

2. Benefit description has 175 values.

3. Employer Benefit description has 176 values.

4. And Tax deduction has 12 values.

There are no 500 different fields.

Let us know difficulty facing on this issue.
kindly let us know underlying table and is there limitation on field to hold these values?

Please note Copied Cindy – EDI manager who can guide on Data Loads as needed.

The One employee loaded is fine and we need rest of Employees paycheck data loaded at earliest in Workterra Production for LONG Client.

We have Deployed the Column wise paycheck Import On Stage as per the File which we have shared with you.

Created Template : New_Paycheck_Import

Also Refer attached file Format long_Client_File_import.csv

We have imported 5 Employee data of this file on Stage On Long For Hspl Company. long for Hspl company rights Given to your Partner Please check and confirmed it.
We have created same template on Long Company.

Note:Only by changing Information of particular employee client can also Import a file
For Import Process use below steps:

1]Create file On above format only
2]Use template name which i have given above.
3]Import File.
4] Workterra Paycheck Import Not support any type of calculation Need to pass Tax total, Deduction Total, Earning total, Earnings and Benefits total as line item with It's value.

Chitra Rao Item state was production deployed as on 27th Dec but after seeing history of this ticket came to know that this is deployed on LB and stage. Need to confirm with code check-in whether after 1/11 this is deployed on production or not.

To achieved client requirement we have dome new Enhancement WT-7632 this is deployed and verified on Stage but for production we are waiting for client approval.

It was on-hold for some time.

We are waiting for the client to give us a new file with the new specifications shared with them.

This project is on hold until we can get the Onboarding working properly.

FYI, Along with this JIRA there are two other JIRA WT-7632, WT-7660 which is dependent on this.
