      Description

      1. Create a table to store PDF keys yearwise.
      2. Table columns are :

      ID Year StaticReportTypeID FieldDescription PDFKey UserID DateTimeStamp

      3. 1095C/B and 1094C/B 's OutputTemplate Table will contain FieldDescription in place of PDFKey.
      4. This FieldDescription will be replaced by specific PDF key as per the Year.
      5. Year wise templates to be maintained.

      Impact: This change will affect following areas:
      1. Employee Level 1095C
      2. Acknowledgement level 1095C
      3. IRS Submission XSLT's
      4. UDF's , SP's and Business logic where hardcoded PDFKeys are used.

      Known issue -
      Only PDF related changes are done, Please do not verify XML Submission.

            Below is the high level task breakdown and estimate provided by Abhijeet.

            1. Replace PDF Keys with Field Description of 1095C/B and 1094C/B Sp's. -->20 Hours
            2. While SP Execution,Update the Field Description with PDF Keys of that year. --> 15 Hours
            3. While Dumping, replace PDF Keys with Field Description. --> Will decide once revan's format is finalized. Dumping XML format Change.
            4. Changes in BL, replace PDF Keys with Field Description. --> 15 Hours
            5. Employee Level SP change. --> 8 Hours

            Testing --> 12 Hours

            Revansiddha Gaur : Please provide the required format for data dumping so that we can provide the estimates for 3rd point.

            2) New templates of 2016 have been uploaded on file server.

            Tested scenarios are as follows.

            1.Enrolled 15 dependent on 1095-C report and checked whether data is coming properly on the file or not.
            2.Similarly verified forms for 2016 and 2015 1095-C PDF's
            3.Verified 1094-C form for data
            4. Verified B forms for data
            5.Checked whether data is coming properly on the PDF'S or not on 1095-C form
