Issue Importance:Must Have
1. Currently employee those are not eligible for any ACA plan but waived medical benefit. these employee are getting exported in file.
Such waived employee record should not come on the file.
2. Employee is eligible for ACA plan but this plan is not selected on template information page.
Such employee should not come on the file.
We have verified above mentioned issue on LB [ACA Automation]
Its working fine
Tested scenarios are as follow
1.Verified whether employee enrolled in medical plan is coming on file or not
2.Verified whether employee waived medical plan is coming on file or not
3.Verified whether employee who is not enrolled or waived in medical plan and waived another benefit is coming on file or not
4.Verified whether employee who is not enrolled or waived in medical plan and enrolled in another benefit is coming on file or not
5.Verified whether employee who is already enrolled in medical plan and waived the plan and checked whether employee is coming on the file or not

5.Verified whether employee who is already enrolled in medical plan and waived the plan and checked whether employee is coming on the file or not 6.Checked when plan deselected from template, then employees who are enrolled in that plan are coming on file or not

Tested scenarios are as follows
1.Enrolled employee in medical plan
2.Waived employee in Medical plan
3.Enroll employee in other than medical plan
4.Waived employee in other than medical plan
Employee used on LB and Stage are 100000041 & 100000042 and verified are they coming on file or not depending on test scenario
