Hey Swapnil,

Just got off the phone with the client and they are typing in the www-

however, it seems that if they don't include the http: the site doesn't come up as expected. The client stated last year they were able to just type www.workterra.net to access the system. Can you check of this and see if there is some type of added security that is preventing them from being able to log-in? if so, is there anyway we can bypass the security to allow them to type in www.wokterra only without the https?

Hey Swapnil,

They have tried using all browsers and nothing seems to be working. Even tried from cell phone and nothing is working. Please check into this

If it is found that the client was previously using the www.workterra.net - is there anyway we can link this URL to the Http:www.workterra.net ?

Hi lisa davison,

To allow site sign on with "workterra.net" url, we need Port 80 open on all servers. Currently port 80 is not open. Due to this we are not able to login with "workterra.net".

we have raised request to Verizon - Network solution provider for allowing port 80 on all web servers. We are expecting this will get completed by Monday, 10th October 2016. I will update you on this issue by Monday, 10 October.
