After Initial analysis , we found a single error log for import failure at '10/05/2016', so we tried to import same file locally but its imported successfully, We have scanned all imported files on '10/05/2016' but did not found any error log.

Please find the details below:

Concern : Employees not displayed on search screen / Import failed.

Cause: Some Employees in file have single quote in their name. For example:

• O'Reilly
• O'Donald

System inserts those employees successfully, but while creating users for those employees insertion query is failed due to single quote.
Because the user does not exist for employee, it's not displayed on search employee screen.

Correction : We are looking for a possible solution. Until then, we can delete all employees and import those who do not have single quote in their name. For those who have quote in name, we have to find work arround.

Please suggest.

Note : The error was not logged because we have recently made changes in Import Export execution for performance improvement. Now the errors are logged properly.

But using o'donald.test1034 user id not able to login it is showing validation message please check your login credential.
