Concern: Service Schedular - Reduction Schedule Service execution failed for Mendocino Coast District Hospital

Cause: There is null reference error for object - objRateDetails when no rate is mapped to plan and offered amount customization present for plan.
And cost is not provided on offered amount tab.

Correction: We have fixed this issue and checked in changes on LB branch. These will be deployed on LB today.

Testing not started due to some other high priority task.

Tested on LB.

Created same plan [ Basic Life and AD&D Non-Exempt] on LB and enrolled two employee in that plan.

Ashwin has executed Reduction Schedule Service on LB , Verified whether the reduction is applied properly or not for that employee and notification.

I tested this on ASML - WT Stage.

1. I enrolled employee (age 25 Years) in the above Life Plan with $50000 without any reduction - effective from 02/17/2016 - worked as expected
2. I changed his birth date from 10/15/2016 to 10/15/1949
3. We ran Reduction Schedule Service on WT Server for ASML company

Expected Result : Employee should have enrollment from 02/17/2016 to 10/14/2016
with $50000 without any reduction & from 10/15/2016 with reduced cost $37500

Actual Result : Employee having enrollment with reduced cost $37500 effective from 02/17/2016 (which is not expected)

Also- after running the service we got the same error -

Service is functioning properly - just see why this error messages are coming out

The service execution completed successfully as you mentioned employee got the reduced coverage as $37500
Mail gets triggered after every service execution.
The as per the error log "Error Description : Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password."
This is related to mail credential or mail sending part.

Assigning this ticket to Ashwin to confirm LB mail sending settings for service.
