Person noted on report (JERRI SHRADER) is not an admin nor a WT employee. A number of changes on the report are noted as being made by this person at 6:30am on Sunday. There is something wrong and it needs to be corrected as they use this report for payroll purposes. See attached report and screenprints of the history for one person. 
For Now i have reverted this SP from Stage and Production branch.
Verified on Stage on El Dorado for hspl
Add change report it showing proper "Modified User Name"
Verified for Employee, Admin, Partner.

Concern:
A number of changes on the report are noted as being made by this person (JERRI SHRADER) at 6:30am on Sunday.
Cause:
Incorrect "Modified User Name" is getting displayed in report due to changes made for ST-208
Correction:
We have reverted the changes made for ST-208.
We have reverted the stored procedure only on one company, Production - El Dorado.
Stored procedure will be reverted for other companies as per patch process.
