Satya i have checked following e-mail message format on production for TIBCO for HSPL copy , all the e-mails functionality is working fine and e-mails are coming from admin@benxcel.net:

• Forgot password
• change password
• Add EE
• plan termination
• plan enrollment notification
• review changes accepted/rejected
• Qualifying event effective changes notification
• dependent child adding/ termination notification
• dependent spouse adding/termination notification
• pending election rejected
• plan coverage change
• review changes for review transaction field accepted/rejected
• review changes for review transaction spouse/child types accepted/rejected
• Coverage termination notification

some of the categories are pending for testing that i will continue tomorrow.

That's good to hear Deepali. Yes, we need to test everything on Production.

Can you please check for Export Feeds, Failed Feeds, service mails as well.

Incomplete Enrollment Notification & other remaining also need to be verified. Hrishikesh Deshpande has created one excel mentioning which mails from 'Email Message Format' is working & in which scenario it is triggered. This would be helpful in your testing.

Hi Satya,

We have verified this on export/import feed on TIBCO for HSPL company for admin@benxcel.net

To test this, we have set multiple email addresses on Template Settings page and on Template Delivery page and set Delivery Type as Email. When manually exported the files by keeping below flag settings on Manual Import Export page

a) Receive Email Notification - YES (Export file Notification)
b) Send Data file to Carrier - YES (attachment in Email with Subject Line Provided)

Rashmita Dudhe also checked for import email notifications

Observed below issue

1) We are still getting emails from sa@ebsbenefits.com for export and import files.

Hi Ganesh,

As discussed with Debbie, we need to implement this on Company level feeds first. For group level feeds - we can ignore it as of now.

Can we check feasibility of group level template if all company belongs to BCC group, then we can send mails from admin@benxcel.net otherwise it would be as regular.

Verified this on LB on Company Level as well as on Group Level Templates . For success and failure scenarios attached in WT-5579 Scenarios.xls . Also verified applying PGP Encryption for success and failure scenarios. Email Notifications received from admin@benxcel.net for Company having BCC PARTNERGROUP .

Blocked to test on Group Level Templates as Getting error while creating Group Template on Header Trailer tab for which JIRA WT-6995 is created .

Verified this on company level templates for error . Checked in mails pick up log on stage . Mails are not getting generated for error as well as for success. will check this once again tomorrow

Note: Currently this is implemented only on TIBCO for HSPL company . So email notifications from main company will be sent from sa@ebsbenefits.com . We will implement the new email on production main TIBCO after your go ahead.

We have done customization for main TIBCO company and going forward the email notification and error notification of export will send from admin@benxcel.net email address for company level and group level template.

if group template have different company template which belongs to different group then mail send from sa@ebsbenefits.com
