Line 15 does not display blank for deleted status

      Description

      Company LB - ACAAutomation

      SSN - 300000091

      1095C report - 1095C 157 class move

      Step:-
      1.Add employee with class AD , class AD
      2.Run 1095C for class AD , class AD
      3.Now move the employee to other class AB , class AB
      4.Now run same 1095C

      Actual - Line 15 display zero value

      Expected - It should be blank

            Please find 3 C's of this JIRA below,

            Concern: Line 15 does not display blank for deleted status.

            Cause: Data type for Line 15 field bound on SSRS was Number. So it was displaying 0 as default value.

            Correction: Data type bound to SSRS is changed to Varchar to display desired result.
