If an employee is terminated on month end,then eligibility should end on that day.
Also proper codes should be reflected in that month.
If EE is terminated at End of Month, WEF Eligibility was terminating the EE one day prior to his termination date.
But EE is actually employed for that whole month and terminated in that month on last day of the month.
So ideally he should receive offer for whole month and codes should also depict the same.
Verify this with process eligibility.
