3. UK EMSI Group Personal Pension Plan will be only eligilbe to UK EMSI class employee whereas UK LLC Group Personal Pension Plan will be only eligilbe to UK LLC class employees.
4. For UK LLC employees, plan will be auto enrolled. For UK EMSI, meployees will have to manually enroll
5. Cost and Coverage – 1 % of annual salary
6. Above plans will only be eliglbe to employee is employee's annula salary >= 10k AND age is in between 10 to 65 years (we are considering 65 as pension years)
7. Employee can opt put the plan

Wellness Benefit
1. One plan – Wellness Benefit
2. Benefit Provider – SIMPLYHEALTH
3. We have added a field called 'Wellness Test for Employee (Yes / No ) ' . Depending upon what value employee selects for this field – he will get rates accordingly (less cost deduction for Passed and more cost deduction for Failed employees)
4. If no value is selected for 'Wellness Test for Employee' – employee will not get Wellness Benefit plan
