      Description

      Hello Team,

      I reinstated an employee's benefits and the critical illness did not retro enroll. Can you check why it has the 10/25 date listed instead of 01/01/16?

          Please re-instantiate all active plans which were terminated previously due to Termination employee status change.

          I tested the current solution.

          Lets change to just correct the effective date of currently active enrollments which are now 10/25/2016 back to 04/18/2016 and that will be fine.

          Hi Michael Chand,

          We found plan 'Salary Continuation' is having 10/25/2016 effective date for this employee so we have changed that back to 4/18/2016.

          Please verify this.
