Verified on Production using company EBS Exchange. When employee click on check out button , enrollment summary is refreshed in Partner/employee login.

Verified on Stage using company Totalworks. On Select your own plans screen, as employee enrolls the plans and select checkout, it reflects correctly on enrollment summery in employee login.

The problem is it is not updating. When you hit the check out button to check out it takes you to the confirmation statement. The Out of pocket cost should update after each election is saved.

Please find below 3'c on this issue.

Concern: “from your pocket” piece doesn’t accrue your employee deductions and costs or the employer deductions and cost.

Cause: We have verified this issue , when "From your pocket" goes to minus then we always shows 0 amount for from you pocket cost.

We have observed that when system generates recommended plan at that time system will not give defined contribution, once after checkout system will shows defined contribution to the employee.

Questionnair's Elgibility has been updated wrongly so no questionnaire was showing.
Now updated generic eligibility rule to 'All Status rule'
