Please find the bellow steps to test the issue.

1. Select exchange company HSPL
2. Select active employee
3. Go to benefits
4. Answer all the questions.
5. Select go with recommend plan
6. Pop up message header should be 'Recommended Plans'

7. Also check the same popup header for check out on same screen.

Verified this issue on Stage on Five Guys Exchange For HSPL
Through Employee and partner login.

Verified on Production On Five Guys for hspl company.
When Click on Go with Recommend it will show pop up header message Recommended plan but when
Click on Pop Up message getting java script error. refer below screen shots.

Verified on LB using company city of lake worth. Above mentioned error do occur in Employee or Partner login.
