Hello,
Erika Elliott from Prime Health wants to extract the current 2017 enrollments for Garden Grove from WorkTerra. Please see Ms. Elliott's email below and confirm if this can be done:

Since Garden Grove OE ended on October 23rd, I would like to go into Work Terra and retrieve the enrollment files so I can load into Lawson. Can you confirm I can proceed? Can you also confirm that as long as I use the parameters of From Date (01/01/2017) and To Date (12/31/2017) that I will correctly capture all the enrollments? (see screenshot below).
This is the only time I will extract enrollment data. It is my understanding that employees are not allowed to make changes after OE closes. If there are any changes, could you please send them separately in the attached format? These are WorkTerra field headers. If I get the data in this exact format it is easier for me to load.
Please advise if Prime can extract the enrollment data. If there are any other enrollments that took place after 10/23/2016, Prime would like us to provide that data using the attached spec file.

WT-5940 Prime_Healthcare: GGH. Server Error on OE Changes Report

Hi Amber Love-Jones, we can get this data using the OE Changes Report (Reports>>Static Reports) in the Workterra application.
Currently however, we are seeing a server error on the report and development team is working to fix the same. JIRA WT-5940 is opened to track this issue.

I have pulled out report from backend. Please find the attached excel.
As per discussion, have modified the stored procedure to included columns
for Enrollment Mode and Datetimestamp while fetching the report.
In case any updates have happened after OE by different mode, record will
come with updated mode.
Please verify few records.
