- make a self insured plan and rate
- make multiple billable self insured components in the rate - assign costs in sub rates
- map the rate and plan
- enroll an employee in this plan
- fetch out the invoice for the same
- try editing billing details
System is not showing respective self insured component's name with the entries
without it - its not possible for an user to know which component's costs he is about to to change

*Concern-*System is not showing respective self insured component's name with the entries
Cause- Query was picking wrong provider id
Correction- Corrected the query
Tested on WT Stage - 18th Nov 2016
Working well
Invoice edit pop up shown correct self insured component's name and associated costs

Tested on Stage - Ready for Production
keeping this on HOLD as we will move these items on Production with main enhancement (which is at Stage currently)

we analysed this further and came to know we are not showing the self insured component's name her but showing the associated benefit provider's name - this is OK if we want it to get build like this
But real problem here is - even if I have added multiple billable self insured component's - report shows me all the costs under same benefit provider's name
System should show me all the associated costs under respective self insured component's benfit provider's name
