Verified the fix on Stage environment, "Invoice Management" link is not visible to the Company Admin, also Server error is displaying when company admin clicks on "View finalized invoices" link.

Verified the fix on Local (wt-stage) environment, for "ASML" company on 15 Nov 2016.
Now pop for edit billing is display properly for Admin. Also admin can edit and save the bill changes. Please refer below screenshot for more details.
